PRIME PROGRAM FOR FAMILIES (PPF)
The Prime Program for Families (PPF) creates a forum to establish relationships that support and empower parents as they embrace the changes that come with a dynamic family life. As such, Prime offers assistance to our families in establishing and sustaining an optimum loving and supportive home environment.
PPF is designed to help you better understand and employ Montessori principles at home with your children. There are events every month – you have a right and a responsibility to participate! JIDE COMMITTEE
Prime's Justice, Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity (JIDE) Committee is a parent-led group designed to support and foster a dialogue among fellow Prime families and faculty.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
Service to others is an important part of the Montessori philosophy. As a school, we aim to serve those in our immediate Potomac neighborhood, the District of Columbia-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) as well as members of our global community.
Prime organizes charitable efforts throughout the year. Parents are encouraged to involve their children in these drives and events. Learn more about Prime Community Service, volunteering, and more on the Community Service page.
CLASSROOM PARENT
Prime parents have contributed their resources, time, and talents to the school since it was founded in 2011. The purpose of Classroom Parent is to keep the Prime community healthy and rewarding and to organize and mobilize parents for the support of their children’s classroom, teacher, and school. Classroom Parents are led by volunteer parents.
Classroom parents support their child’s classroom by assisting in organizing events and classroom projects involving parents throughout the year.
